Can we incorporate more than one private limited company at same address(as registered address)? if yes then how many company....?

Maximum limit is not given under the Companies Act, 1956, but yes you can have registered office at same place of more than one company.

For the PLACE, excise, service tax department is very sensitive. ROC per se does not bother for the place so long as you are completing the KYC norms either through DIN or company incorporation.
