23 August 2012 Is attestation of documents from Indian embassy is mandatory for incorporation of 100% subsidiary company India? or we can notaries documents instead of attestation?

If you wanted to incorporate 100% subsidiary of foreign company then subscription page of MOA will be signed by that foreign company embassy situated outside India but not in Indian Ambessy. It should be authenticated by that country also.
