A Private Limited Company is incorporated on 27th February, 2013.But no transaction is done for Financial Year 2012-2013 (1 month) except share capital subscribed by Directors.
What are the compliances it needs to do for ROC, Income Tax etc for Financial year 2012-2013 AY 2013-2014?

Firstly you hold first Board Meeting to finalise financial year, appointment of first auditor and other agenda items.
For Income Tax purpose, you should make balance sheet for 2012-13 for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.
For Companies Act, 1956 you should make your balance sheet from the date of Incorporation till the date of March 31, 2014.
For Income Tax purpose, you should make balance sheet for 2012-13 for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.
For Companies Act, 1956 you should make your balance sheet from the date of Incorporation till the date of March 31, 2014.
