Can a CA his relative or partner can be indebted to holding subsidiary associate fellow subsydiary and company with 500000/- each or aggregate will be seen for all 5 Companies..?

Not aggregate. Up to Rs. 5 lakhs in each permitted by rule 10(2) of Companies (Audit & Auditors) Rules,2014.
