18 June 2015 if in final accounts a company's one location is a debtor and other location is supplier can we merge to accounts as per company's act?

18 June 2015 As per S 129(3) of companies Act 2013, all companies whether private or public having subsidiaries including associates and joint ventures shall consolidate their financial statements. Once you consolidate inter company transactions will strike off.
