How can we identify that a company belongs to small medium and large scale. Is there any specific limits in the turn over or capital?

No there is no defined parameters.
Small medium and large scale is dependent on the production capacity of the company along with market capital and turnover.
In fact there are lots of other factors too like no. of employees, profit etc.
