18 October 2013 I m business man I am received a commission from foreign party for sales in local market but not involved in any direct transition. I only meet two party and they deal independent. Foreign party give commission wia credit in my account around 5000$ how can I show it in my return I have not any document evidence of such commission nor any agreement.

18 October 2013 You should in return provide them an acknowledgement of commision amount for you providing them service as an agent.

You also should deduct TDS u/s 195.

18 October 2013 Yes agree with Tusharji.

If foreign party doesnt have PE in india, you will be reuired to deposit TDS.
