clubbing of income

if an individual died on 22nd feb 09 should his income get clubbed with his legal heir and legal heir only file the income tax return .

No his income will not be clubbed in the hands to legal heirs. Legal heir will be representative assessee for the purpose of this last return.
After the assessment order, just do one thing surrender the allotted PAN to concern income tax officer.
