Pl let me know the process for closure of an LLP and also format of documents needed for the same.

FIRST OF ALL, YOU HAVE TO PASS A RESOLUTION FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE LLP AND THEN FILE FORM 1 WITH THE REGISTRAR
POST THAT, THE DECLARATION OF SOLVENCY IN FORM 2 HAS TO BE FILED.
THIS IS THE BASIC PROCEDURE FOR INITIATION OF THE DISSOLUTION.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK

Thanks Ankit & Kaushik for the reply. But according to me e- form 24 of LLP needs to ne filed. I wanted format of documents which are attached with e form 24
