Dear All
Want to surrundering the service tax no and even not filed returns from 2006-07 to till date, so request to please gide the procedure and forms for the closoure of the service tax nos.

Simple Send the Registration Certificate to Juridiction officer , he will write to you required document to closure procedure.
which may including follwoing
1) Penalty for non filing of Returns from 2006-2007 to 2010-11, 2000/- per return even nil return also attract penalty
2) Provide Balance Sheet & P & L , Income Tax Return , Bank Statement enable Juridictional officer to prove return nil, otherwise pay the tax & penalty.
3) Undertakin on stamp paper about no duty is payble on you & if any due will be paid by you.
4) no under table dealing pleas. otherwise it same may cost you .
