20 January 2018 Dear Sir,
We want to close the Company. The Company not hold any assets & Liabilities The Company is Limited Company. The Company not carrying any business activities last several Years. The Company income is only Profit on sale of investment. Till March-2017 We filed IT Return & ROC Return on Time.
Only one Bank Account & No employee in Company. Now we decided to closed the Company before March-2018.
What is the procedure to close the Company.
Please advise in above matter as earliest.

23 January 2018 Kindly refer to Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. You need to apply to the Registrar of the company for removing the name of the company from the register of company. Also you need to issue a public notice in the newspaper regarding the closure of the company

25 January 2018 After closing the Bank Account.
Bank issue the Cheque/DD of Balance amount in name of Company
What to do the balance in Bank accounts.
Can we withdraw the cash from Bank Bank account.

Please advise in above matter as earliest.

27 January 2018 Regarding the bank account closing procedure, the bank will guide you. But if you want to close the company the certificate from MCA will help in the closure of the bank account. You can withdraw the funds after all the statutory dues and payments to the creditors are cleared.
