We formed a Private Limited firm in june 2009.
But we never did any transactions under that private limited company.
We never reported or filed any IT return or informed it to ROC.
We don't even have DIN, service tax nu. for any of our directors .
Now we want to shutdown and close the company.
Kindly guide up.

I will suggest you to follow Easy Exit Scheme 2010 given om mca21 service under portal of www.mca.gov.in
