Classification code for new private limited company

12 April 2015 Hello,

I would like to form a private company with following object clause
"To Transact and carry on the business of buy, sell, reconditioning, import, export, distribute and deal in all kind of marine machineries, goods, Commodities, ship spares and industrial equipments"

pls suggest proper classification code
suggest any changes in the object clause if the company is going to work in SEZ and going to claim Exemption U/s 10AA. As the section 10AA is for manufacturing comapny and we are also doing activity of reconditioning of machines which may amount to manufacturing.
So do i need to add the word Manufacturing into the object clause?
