Clarificatoin to mca on proposed company name

04 April 2012 Hi, we got company name approved i.e. “Realty XYZ Pvt. Ltd.” from MCA through Form-1A and proposed company will deal in real estate business.

When we submitted the Form-1 for company incorporation, we got following comment from MCA:

" As per mail received Name is too general, activity cannot be prefix (as per guideline No. 9(iv)).Please clarify. "

We have to submit clarification in this regard to MCA.

We wanted to understand that how to draft a clarification in this regard, as we want to use this company name only and what is the procedure to submit this clarification reply with MCA?

04 April 2012 You have appoint some person or visit to ROC and submit a letter containing object of company which will incidental to name of company.

Or you can file form no 67 with amended MOA & AOA.

04 April 2012 Co. name is very well linked with main object. They are saying that we can not prefix the activity in the name of company.

Proposed Company will do business in real estate area. Thats why they raised objection that activity cannot prefixed in the of company.
