Hello Sir,
One of my friends father present in hyd, 4 years back he is stay in guntur,he filed IT manually in guntur.
Can he file IT AY 2013-14 Manually in HYd?

Check from E filing site the jurisdictional AO by entering the PAN NO. You have to file the return there only.
