Our company has received TDS certificate of interest on security depositlast month for the F.Y.2007-08.But we have not accounted interest income in F.Y. 2007-08.We credited this income durinf F.Y. 2008-09.Can we claim TDS for F.Y. 2007-08 .Its very urgent

If you have not accounted the income you cannot claim tds of that income.

Co has to follow mecantile system of accounting. If you already file the return , better you can file the revise return.
