can credit of tds be claimed on the basis of last year's tds certificates?

Credit for TDS is to be claimed in the very same year in which the corresponding income is offered for taxation. Think accordingly for the answer.

you cant...
however if you had missed to claim the earlier one..you can file revised return within one year from the end of the relevant assessment year.
