Claim of gst set-off/claim even after 20th october 2018

19 October 2018 TAX AUDIT IS STILL GOING ON BECAUSE THE DUE DATE FOR FILING INCOME TAX RETURN IS 31ST OCTOBER 2018. BUT JUST BECAUSE OF THOROUGH LEDGER SCRUTINY INPUT OF CGST, SGST AND IGST IS GETTING GENERATED DAILY BUT SINCE THE LAST CHANCE OF TAKING EFFECT OF INPUT OF CGST, SGST AND IGST HAS ALREADY GONE AFTER FILING THE GSTR-3-B FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2018 WHETHER ANY FURTHER SHALL BE GIVEN TO US FOR CLAIMING SET-OFF OF CGST, SGST AND IGST. PLEASE GUIDE ME AND OBLIGE.

19 October 2018 Sir till further notification you can avoid filing of GSTR3B without tallying purchase. file return afterwards with late fee

20 October 2018 If by the way Input of CGST, SGST & IGST for the period from July 17 to March 18 remained unclaimed in GSTR-3-B for the month of Sept 2018,whether can be given any further chance to claim the unclaimed set-off or shall it be forfeited or can be allowed during GST Audit or in Annual Return. Whether still any further notification might come.
