I have received notice from Income Tax regarding CIB -321 for the asstt year 2010-11. I have not filled the return, can I file the return manualy or online. I want to know about this CIB321. What is this and how it works. Kindly advice. There is a taxable income during the year.

13 November 2013 you cannot file the return for AY 2010-11 unless you are issued a 142(1) or 148 notice.

But the more relevant question is whether you had taxable income during the PY 2009-10 or not?
