if a employee had incurred only Rs 50 and employer have paid him Rs 100 then entire 100 is exempt from tax?

Entire 100 is exempt from tax.

Deduction available is Rs. 100 per month per child up to a maximum of 2 children irrespective of actual expenditure. So if you have one child you will get deduction of Rs 100 per month irrespective of actual expenditure.
