03 July 2016 If Bank guarantee is issued by Bank on the strength of the Pledge/Mortgage of fixed deposit or immovable property, Whether it is need to be registered with ROC as a charge.
Example:- 1) If the Tender alloted by Govt. of Rs. 7 Crs. and
Bank Guarantte is given of 15% of 7 Crs. By Pledging / Mortgaging of Fixed Deposits or immovable property of Rs. 1,05,00,000/-

And also not to create charge on immovable property of company/or otherwise on bank guarantee.
