We have received a bill from our vendor for software., with VAT & Service Charge @ 10 ?
Can my vendor charge both VAT & Service Charge?
Answer is yet to come from Vendor?
In the meanwhile can my vendor charge VAT & Service Tax (if that is not Service Charge., if it is SERVICE TAX) ?

The vendor can charge either VAT or Service Tax

If its is a works contract with both material and labour,VAT and Service tax both are chargeable.
