: Capitalisation is possible As per AS16 or AS 10
Dear Experts, Urgently require ur guidance in this issue. Processing fee is charged for a term loan. The term loan is used to purchase a fixed asset (wind mill). Whether such processing fee can be capitalised to the fixed asset (wind mill). Whether such capitlaisation is as per AS 16 or AS -10 compliance? Can it be treated as a revenue expenditure? pls quote me with the relevant AS.. With regards, Rajesh.
