07 April 2012 Whether provision of Chapter XVII-B of income Tax act applicable to section 192 i.e payment of salary tds. Pls also let us know what will be the due date for TDS for March 2012, if the provision of salary made on 31/03/2012 & accordingly TDS deducted & credited to TDS payable account.Is the due date is 30/04/2012 or else? pls guide
