Whetehr provision of Chapter XVII-B of income tax applicable to section 192? what are the provision of the Chapter XVII-B of income tax.
Then in notification date 31/05/2010 regarding payment of TDS for the month of March salary due date is 30th April is applicable to salary TDS also pls guide

Yes, The provisions of Chapter XVII-B also apply to TDS u/s 192.
The due date for payment of TDS u/s 192 is also 30/04/2012.
