09 April 2012 Whetehr provision of Chapter XVII-B of income tax applicable to section 192? what are the provision of the Chapter XVII-B of income tax.
Then in notification date 31/05/2010 regarding payment of TDS for the month of March salary due date is 30th April is applicable to salary TDS also pls guide

09 April 2012 Yes, The provisions of Chapter XVII-B also apply to TDS u/s 192.
The due date for payment of TDS u/s 192 is also 30/04/2012.
