Our Company is a Pvt. Ltd. Company and now Company had change the Name.
What Form has to be file for Change of Name in PAN Card.
What Form has to be File for the Change of Name in the TDS Cerificate.

Fill up the form in black ink, enclose new certificate of incorporation and submit in UTITSL / NSDL counters and pay fee amounting to Rs.94/- and get the receipt.
