I have completed my CA-CPT in june'12, was registered in South Indian region and wrote my exams in Bangalore. Now I am relocating to Delhi, my question is that what is the procedure for transfer of address in ICAI's records?

yes, you can chnage your region. write a mail in esahaayata to get the procudure of change of address.
