is d syllabus of taxation entirely going to change for nov 2014 attempt or will der be some amendments only?? i mean is it beneficial to prepare for tax now for nov 2014 attempt??

yes u can start with teh ammendments made by finance act 2013 that will be given by icai in its publication supplementary study material and u can find that on website at www.icai.org under studuents/supplementary.
