One of the directors of public ltd. comp. died in FY 2009-10 and another director was added in comp. Plz tell me what to see as an auditor.What and where to report in audit report(Caro report and 3cd report)

Pl see that e-form 32 has been filed (also approved ) in ROC through MCA portal. There is nothing to mention in form 3CD as well as in CARO report. However these changes has to be included in Schedule V (annual return) of the Companies Act,1956
