04 May 2015 How to change CIN of a company??
“L” to “U” as company is now not listed on regional stock exchange.

05 May 2015 File company master data correction & get CIN changed to L to U

1. Click on “View Company Master Data”
2. For any correction is required in the master details,Click the ‘Print’ button.
3. Master data shall be displayed in a tabular form.Take the print out of the same.
4. In tabular format you will find column for listed or unlisted.
5. Write unlisted on space provided
6. Enclose a copy of the evidence supporting such correction and send the same by post to the concerned Registrar of Companies (Registrar Address is also displayed on the printed page) in an envelope super-scribed 'Master Company Data Correction'.
7. Upon receipt of your request, the ROC would arrange to get the requisite corrections made after verification of the supporting evidence.
