14 May 2011 After budget 2011, A many services are remove from cevat credit.
Can you help me ,
Please provide a list of services for not available of cenvat credit.

14 May 2011 any service which is used as input service for taxable output service / taxable exisable goods, are cenvatable, however the department is in process to make negative lists, which are still in process,

the services which are not used directly or indirectly in taxable output service/goods, can not be taken for cenvat credit.

As when as Deptt generated a negative list of services. please provide to us for our cenvat credit benifite.
