22 December 2016 THERE ARE 2 BROTHERS HAVING SEPARATE BUSINESSES. ONE SELL GOODS TO THE OTHER. IN LAST 3 YEARS H SOLD GOODS OF 2900000 TO THE OTHER BROTHER.NOW THE SECOND BROTHER IS NOT MAKING PAYMENT FOR THAT PURCHASE AND ACCOUNTS OF THE FIRST BROTHER ARE KEPT BY HIM TOO. NOW HE IS ALSO REFUSING TO GIVE ACCOUNTS SO CAN THE FIRST BROTHER REQUEST INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT FOR PROVIDING A CERTIFIED COPY OF AUDIT REPORT OF THE SECOND BROTHER SHOWING THE PURCHASE FROM THE FIRST BROTHER DURING THESE 3YEARS???? IF YES THAN IN WHAT FORMAT?? . SO

24 December 2016 Audit report and the financial statement of only a public limited company is available for public. In case of other entity, it is not possible until it is a statutory requirement or asked by the bankers. In your case, it will be difficult to obtain audit report

26 December 2016 I am not very sure whether you can get it from the Income Tax department. As they are required to maintain confidentiality
