I have query regarding certification of AOC-4.
Whether AOC-4 for other small Comapny(PRIVATE LTD) requires certificaiton
by practising Professional?
Becauze i had fill up E Form AOC-4 for one of such Comapny and when "check Form"done without certifing , check form level was sucessful.
So pl. guide .

AOC-4 of all companies should be pre-certified by practicing professional (CA/CMA/CS).
Inference is from Companies (Accounts) 2nd Amendment Rules,2015 dated 4-9-2015.
PS:- To digitally sign only after 'check form' result is successful.
