is ccob abolished for all companies or only pvt ltd co

No ccob for pvt ltd company as per 1956 and 2013 acts. But there was a restriction in 2013 act to commence business or borrow money before e-filing form INC 21 by Pvt Ltd companies, but that also is dispensed with by the Companies (Amendment) Act,2015.
