Cenvat credit for service tax

Dear All,
we are running two star hotel and we are charging the service tax for Room bills @7.42%( Abtement - 40%) and Restaurant bills 4.944% ( Abatement -60%). we are paying sum amount for advertisement & Telephone bills with service tax. CAN WE TAKE CENVAT CREDIT?

You can take cenvat credit....

Can We take Full amount of Service tax or partial amount of Service tax? for example . we paying advertisement bills for Rs.35000/-per month and service tax of Rs.4326/- for entire Hotel. Can we take Cevat Credit in full amount or partial amount on the basis of Abatement.
Please Advice me.

You can take full amount if your entire hotel is covered for service tax. Availing abatement is not a problem.
