1.can we take cenvat credit for manpower receiptent
2.we have three services including manpower and in other two serivces excess cenvat cr., we are not utilised (one service is provider) can we adjust to manpower receiptent

sir how can we tke cenvat in reverse mechanism
for ex in manpower supply bill
Total service tax 55835

by sp( service provider) 25% i.e.13959
by sr (service receiver) 75% i.e.41876
so we are the service reciver than we have to pay rs. 41876
my doubt is can we take cenvat of rs.13959 if it is ok then we have to st. only rs.27917 pls sir
