IF ENGINEERING UNIT MANUFACTURE EXCISABLE GOODS AND IT USE CONSUMABLE TOOLS LIKE INSERTS, DRILL, CUTTER & COOLANT OIL TO MANUFACTURE A FINAL PRODUCT.
