Dear all,
Company doing Web hosting and web designing and charging VAT on Hosting and S.Tax on designing..
[90% of the Co TO is export]
whether Com can take CENVAT credit on input services like tel.Charges, Internet Charges and etc..? if yes, on what proportion ?

First whether the same are all taxable maybe confirmed. If yes then 100% credit available to be utilised for discharging the the ST on local 10%. If overflow accumulation subsntail refund of the same also can be applied for.
