Under the reverse charge system you can take the credit after duty payment.

BUT SIR VOUCHER IS OF JANUARY AND AT THAT TIME THE RULE WAS PAYMENT OF DUTY PLUS PAYMENT OF INVOICE TO PARTY IS TO B MADE FOR AVAILMENT OF THE CREDIT
