23 August 2012 I have purchased material fr. Gujrat and my work place at Abu Road(Raj.)
-Gujrat party raise invoice in the name of its Jaipur office(Raj. Br. and delivery has been made at my Abu Road office and it is clearly made in Transport Billty as " Deliver made at purchaser works i.e. Abu Road (Raj.)
- Billty issued in the name of Seller Brance office

-After that new invoice has been raised fr. Seller jaipur office in our Favor.
- In transport Billty Service tax has been charged.
My Query's are-
1. Can I take cenvat on the basis transporter billty as service tax charged in it.
2. can copy of above mentioned billty to be attached with bill(raised fr. jaipur office) as proof of purchase or new bilty is required or no bilty is required

24 August 2012 Invoice is need to be endorsed by the company/branch("No CENVAT Credit Had taken - CENVAT Credit is passed on") if the invoice is in the name of another party/company, in order to take CENVAT Credit on that invoice.
