Dealing with Litigation & legal matters of Excise, Customs & Service Tax of BHEL, Hyderabad unit. Replying to different Audit parties, departmental SCN. Dealt with export related jobs, having experience of visiting Commissionerate /Division/ Range office & dealing with departmental officers of central excise, customs & service tax. Experience of filing appeal petition before CESTAT (Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal). Exposed for collection of C form under CST Act. Earlier worked for different audits in various subsidiaries of Coal India Limited (CIL).
