SIR CAN WE TAKE CEVET CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX ON CHA & SHIPING LINE BILLS IN CASE OF GOODS ARE EXPORTED BY US.

Cenvat credit can be taken for CHA services including services availed at the port being input service as per 2(l) of the CCR, for non-exempted goods exported.
