Sir pls tell me if we purchases cement against C form can there is any penalty under M.Vat act

There will be no penalty if cement is purchased for
a) Resale
b) Use in manufacturing/processing of goods for sale
c) Use in mining
d) Use in generation/distribution of power
e) Use in packing of goods for sale/resale
f) Use in telecommunication network.
Otherwise penalty will be imposed.
