I want to know How much amount can A Director withdraw from his/her company by cash & through Cheque in a single day.......How much amount can a company pay in Cash in a day.

As I was told company can withdraw only Rs:- 20000/- per day in Cash, but no limit for cheque......in case of payment company can pay only Rs:- 20000/- in cash....Isn't ??????

that is cos of sec 40A (3) attracting disallowance for cash withdrawal thats y
