24 May 2012 My client running two private limied. Sometime he trasfer money through cheque from one company to another company and sometime he give cash to another company. Is this transaction of cash and cheque ok. Pls suggest me. If there is any notification/circular related above matter, pls give me.

24 May 2012 Cash transfers will attract provisions of Section 269SS and Section 269T and penalty may be levied.
