dear sir i has cash balance as per return Rs 400000 whether i can deposit cash Rs 300000 whether any issue from income tax department if issue how much amount i can deposited in saving and current account...please give me correct suggestion

You can deposit cash up to 2.50 lacs without any problem. If you have disclosed 4 lacs in your return you can deposit 4 lacs now.

after withdraw amount through of cheque then it will treated in may return Loan @ advance.whether any limitation to receive loans as income tax rules.

I am not able to understand your query. Deposit 3 lacs cash in your ac as proposed by you you will not face any problem.

dear sir i has 3 bank account with different name bank whether i can deposite cash Rs 250000 in each 3 bank account then total deposite cash 750000 can i do .whather any issue in this case...give me limit cash deposite saving bank account and current bank account...
if sir i has no file return any return in this case how much amount i can deposit and also says that both limit 250000 is applicable in saving bank account and current account.

You can deposit only 2.50 lacs put together all accounts of different banks. All bank accounts are linked to your PAN.
