Is there any special documentary requirement for depositing cash directly into the account of vendor, against his Tax Invoice? Will it affect the depositor from Income Tax point of view? Or will it have effect on the receiver of the amount?

Yes specific authorization from the account holder is required. It will have the effect on the receiver of the amount.
