21 April 2010 what we have to refer for case law for examination? and the book provided by ICAI for case law is enough for preparation?

I have exam in may but which case law i should read?

I am totally confused as there are so many case law in the books.

21 April 2010 yes the book provided by ICAI for case law is enough for preparation.
You can prefer Recent case laws and famous case laws.

22 April 2010 you can refer to case laws in tht book. and most imp case laws provided in the RTP... atleast 2 you will get from it... Name of the party will change but solution remains the same...
