Sir,
Basically i am B.com Graduate from Delhi university and wants to make career in accounts .
My Interest in consultancy service . Pl suggest the way by which i can achieve the goal of life.
Pl suggest some courses related to accounts (except CA/CS)

You can join CWA for better socpe in the filed of Accounts, costing,taxation

First thing pls provide reasons why you make CA/CS an exemption ?
I would suggest to go for CFA(US) ... it will be little tough but you have to try hard to make it pass.

Though CWA also not a bad option but it will have lesser scope then CA

Apart form CA/CS/CWA..CFa (US) is also a great option.
Also, in some international Degrees, you can check for CIMA(UK) & CMA(US). However, CFA(US), is the best option.
Also apart from inetnational courses and long tem professioanl courses, depending upon your interest you can select for many certifications like, NCFM cretifications if interested in Capital Market, Valuation Course of IIFP or IFRS certifications, gain expertise in SAP or other popular ERP modules. But take a note that these are short tem courses and not professioanl degrees.

you can try any good international degrees like CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management accountants)may be best for management consultancy as your wish...you will get a good global professional expertise..
