07 April 2025 I sold my apartment today. Made a LTCG. property was purchased in 14th May 2002. whether indexation will apply. whether LTCG Tax 12.5% or 20% ? whether it has to be paid in this quarter or end of FY 25-26 during filing ITR?

07 April 2025 Can I use CII for fy25-26? where will I find this? not out as yet. could not find anywhere. should I pay 100% LTCG tax in this quarter? Please advise

07 April 2025 Due Date Advance Tax Payment Percentage
On or before 15th June 15% of tax liability
On or before 15th September 45% of tax liability (-) advance tax already paid
On or before 15th December 75% of tax liability (-) advance tax already paid
On or before 15th March 100% of tax liability (-) advance tax already paid.

Use last year index and update it when it's published.
